Job Description
:Reporting to the Head of Legal, Asia this role is responsible for providing general legal services and support to Sun Life Asia and the Asia Regional Office (as well as its complementary offices) and to provide support on other initiatives as assigned by the Head of Legal and other team members.
Major accountabilities
Company Secretarial
Assist with corporate secretarial matters for Asia Regional Office and its complementary offices
Assist with matters between Enterprise Corporate Secretary’s Department and with company secretaries of each Sun Life Asia entity /JVs to report on company changes and respond to ad hoc queries
Responsible for maintaining and keeping current Asia Org Chart as well as board and committee members of each Sun Life Asia entity / JVs, and assisting with any changes accordingly
