Control Panel Wirer

We are currently seeking an experienced Control Panel Wirer for an immediate start on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent for the right individual. This role is focused on control panel wiring within a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Wiring and assembling industrial control panels from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

* Building panels to a high standard of quality and accuracy

* Terminating cables, including the use of bootlace ferrules, crimp terminals, and lugs

* Cable routing, trunking, and looming within control cabinets

* Performing point-to-point wiring and neat, structured panel layouts

* Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and wiring schedules

* Carrying out basic testing and continuity checks on completed panels
