The Job youll do Panel Repair: Straighten dents, shape metal, and repair damaged body panels using specialised tools. Component Replacement: Remove and replace severely damaged panels, interior trim, and exterior parts. Welding & Bonding: Execute precision MIG/TIG welding, spot welding, and structural panel bonding. Preparation for Paint: Sand, fill, prime, and smooth surfaces to guarantee a seamless finish for the paint team. Alignment Checks: Use jigs and measuring devices to check chassis alignment and ensure structural integrity. Quality Control: Self-inspect all completed repairs to eliminate defects and maintain strict cosmetic standards.
