Your duties will encompass:

• Manage a high volume of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Plan, schedule, and manage technical service teams
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships
• Ensure all client communication, service feedback, and reporting is done timeously
• Conduct regular customer site visits
• Drive and achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service and maintenance sales
• Handle customer invoicing and follow-ups
• Proactively resolve client issues and ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification
• Degree in Sales or related qualification
