**Job Title: Painter**
**Job Description**
This role offers a 3–4 month summer assignment providing commercial and residential painting services across multiple Bay Area locations, with most projects based at a major university campus. You will perform a wide range of interior and exterior painting tasks, contributing to high-profile facilities and working closely with a coordinated field team on fast-paced, day-to-day assignments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, and using hand sanders to ensure clean, smooth finishes.
+ Apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and other painting tools to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
+ Repair surfaces prior to painting, including performing plastering and sheetrock finishing to restore and level walls and ceilings.
