To carry out painting, waterproofing, and surface preparation work to a high-quality, neat, and professional standard across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, often within occupied environments

Minimum requirements:

• Painting of walls, ceilings, doors, roofs, steel structures, and other surfaces


• Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming


• Color matching


• Identifying surface defects such as damp, cracks, peeling paint, and waterproofing failures
