**Job Description**

An experienced Painter/Paint Prep professional is needed for a paint shop in Allentown, PA. The qualified candidate will be responsible for preparing Carbon Steel I-Beams and associated Steel products for the paint booth.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare Carbon Steel I-Beams and associated Steel products for the paint booth.
+ Utilize spray guns and paint sprayers to apply industrial paint on metal and steel surfaces.
+ Perform paint prep tasks such as sanding and assembly.
+ Engage in spray painting and powder coating tasks.
+ Mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
