This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

While experience within the caravan or motorhome industry is desirable, applications are welcomed from candidates with relevant experience in automotive, industrial, or similar spray-painting environments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
Mix and apply 2-pack paint using spray equipment
Inspect finished work and rectify any paint defects
Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment
