Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paint Shop Operations Specialist / Stock Controller to oversee paint inventory, warehouse operations, stock management, and distribution activities within a fast-paced manufacturing or automotive environment. The successful candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse processes, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

This role requires strong operational planning skills, inventory management expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Control Maintain accurate stock records for paints, consumables, chemicals, equipment, and warehouse materials.
