Position Overview
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Chicago, IL
Shifts: Day shift M-F
Work Location: Should be able to travel to most closely in Chicago, IL as in required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Must have current IL PA of NP license
- Illinois controlled substance license and DEA.
- Candidate must be efficient with EMR.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
