Job Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll use data to drive results, collaborate with our creative team, and keep up with the latest digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid social and search campaigns
- Analyze ad performance and report key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives and targeting
- Collaborate with the content and project management teams
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in performance marketing or media buying
