Assess and provide individualised Speech Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of speech and language challenges
Conduct group Speech Therapy classes (eg. in the areas of communication)
Establish good therapist – parent relationships through regular feedback and open communication. This includes providing parents and caregivers with updates on the child’s progress and relevant home strategies and recommendations after each session with the child.
Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Pediatric Speech Therapy
Requirements
Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Diploma, Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy
