We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Padel leader who can build, manage, and scale the entire Padel operation within our luxury fitness destination. This role is not limited to coaching. We need someone who can operate the Padel business, build an academy structure, drive court utilization, develop coaches, and create a strong community around the sport.
