**Summary:** Performs inspection, maintenance, and/or restoration of utility infrastructure. Performs inspection of energized underground electrical service box and manhole structures. Responsible for the direct supervision of field crews while planning, organizing, and coordinating daily field operations for various job types. Must be at least 21 years of age.
