** Overnight shift is 8:00 pm -4:10 am***The Supervisor works closely with the Packing Team Leader and team to ensure smooth operation of the dept. The Packing Supervisor will assist the packing Team Leader in personnel issues and supervision of the team.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, development, leading, and counseling of Team Members.

Assist with and drive team productivity.

Implement and ensure Team Members are adhering to “Clean as you go” philosophy.

Prepare Team Members work schedules.

Stand in for ATL/Team Leader in their absence.

Participate in monthly physical inventory or as needed.

Maintain clean and sanitary operating environment.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure compliance with relevant regularity rules and standards, including: OSHA, FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor, Health and Sanitation, FDA, Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures
