Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development projects from concept generation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and define technical specifications for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, including polybags (printed and unprinted), carton boxes, and palletizing guidelines for all SKUs in SEA, including promotional items.
• Apply deep understanding of products, markets, consumers, and competitors to formulate both long-term and short-term packaging strategies.
