A Day in the Life:
Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day Packaging production operations department shift. Support to Production Manager of Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries.Oversee assigned department production shift activities to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency.
