Your Role

The Packaging Procurement Manager will lead the development and execution of the Global Packaging Strategy, delivering competitive and differentiating value chain for the Tea Business together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement long- and short-term supply strategies for tea packaging portfolios at assigned site cluster level.
• Forecast prices based on local and global market trends.
• Run e-sourcing/auctions and identify sources of supply based on tender results and offline negotiations.
• Negotiate price, delivery, payment, and contract terms with current and new suppliers.
