Your Purpose

We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Packaging Operative to support the day‑to‑day running of our packaging lines. Reporting to the Packaging Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of safety, quality and hygiene are maintained at all times.

This is a hands-on role that involves operating packaging machinery, using FLT machinery, handling chemicals, and supporting continuous improvement through following SOPs and writing and reviewing risk assessments.

The successful candidate will be working 40 hours a week on a fixed PM shift (14:00 – 22:00) but will need to be flexible to cover alternative shifts as required.
