The World Wide Grocery Private Brands team is looking for a Packaging Manager to join our team. The Packaging Manager will engage with internal and external resources to support new Amazon Grocery products, identify and execute optimization projects that can reduce damage or improve the customer experience, drive packaging free cash flow initiatives, unlock critical growth, deliver sustainability solutions, and develop processes that increase team efficiency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate bias for action, think big, ownership, deliver results, and have strong customer empathy. This candidate will have experience diving deep to gain customer insights, launching successful new products, and developing strong relationships with project stakeholders.
