This position is primarily responsible for SEA packaging development work. He/She will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Product Development, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to define and drive packaging development with the most cost-effective solutions, from concept generation to implementation, in accordance with the respective project objectives.

The packaging scope includes creating and defining technical specifications for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for articles produced, including polybags (printed and unprinted), carton boxes, and palletizing guidelines for all selling and promotional SKUs in SEA.

The key job function is to apply an understanding of product, market, consumer, and competitor to develop key long term and short-term packaging strategies. Continually assesses how our packaging fit with the changing needs of the market by adjusting design, dimension, and production processes etc. as well as cost saving.
