Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve or exceed quarterly annual revenue targets.
- Create actionable plans to meet business and revenue growth targets.
- Continuously review and refine plans based on performance and market changes, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Regularly work with the Marketing team to identify market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approach and identify new revenue channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying, researching, and prioritizing prospective leads.
- Partner with Sales teams to refine current offerings, create competitive pricing strategies, and ensure the company remains ahead of industry shifts.
