What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years’ working experience as Personal Assistant to CEO or Directors.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in office management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Strong people skills and social skills, able to be tactful and diplomatic interacting with different levels of people.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with sense of urgency, tolerance, and flexibility.
