Position Specifics: Collaborates with the patient's primary care provider to ensure timely evaluation for acute concerns, preoperative physicals, hospital follow-up, and ongoing care management.
Department Details: PrimeCare is a well-established, three-provider internal medicine practice located in Aspinwall, serving a large geriatric patient population. The practice offers the convenience of onsite parking for both patients and staff.
