About the Role We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and highly professional Personal Assistant cum Driver to provide dedicated executive support and transportation services to our Chairman. This is a high-trust role that goes beyond driving you will be a key operational support person for the Chairman's day-to-day effectiveness in KL and occasionally overseas.
This role operates on an flexible schedule approximately 2–3 weeks on, 1 week or more off depending on the Chairman's travel and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation
Provide safe, punctual and professional driving services for the Chairman and senior leadership across KL and Klang Valley
Plan optimal routes and ensure timely arrival for all meetings, appointments and engagements
Manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, fueling and road tax/insurance compliance
Accompany the Chairman on business trips and engagements within Malaysia when required
