About the Role

The role is responsible for managing the APAC Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team for Beckman Coulter and leading the optimization and improvement across P2P teams. This position is reported to the Head, CFS P2P and is part of the Leadership team in the Centre of Financial Services (CFS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage professional associates and/or supervisors and oversee and maintain full ownership and accountability of the end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring smooth delivery service for customers with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Identify opportunities & lead process innovation (e.g., RPA, AI, Danaher Business Systems/Continuous Improvement) and implement best practices that lead to measurable improvements in cost, cycle time, and compliance for P2P regions.
