- Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
- Acting as a subject-matter expert and quality gatekeeper for P2P Front Office activities.
- First contact for issues escalation within P2P process
- Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Performing P2P controls
- Advising other team members in terms of P2P process matters
- Introduce Improvements within P2P process
2. Coordination:
- Coordinate completion of all P2P processes
- Delegate tasks
- Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
- Managing HR Matters
- Communicate deadlines
- Monitor the team performance
- Resolve or escalate any process issues
