P2P Lead (Procure-to-Pay Lead) – Karachi
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Shared Services operations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and end-to-end P2P processes.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end P2P operations, including GRN processing, invoice verification, and vendor payments while ensuring SLA compliance.
Manage and develop the P2P team, set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
Resolve vendor and stakeholder escalations related to invoices, payments, and procurement transactions.
