Job Description Summary The Trainer & Quality Analyst Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and capability development within the insurance operations team. This role is responsible for conducting quality audits, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering structured training programs for new joiners and existing team members. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance operations and insurance broking/brokerage processes, along with hands-on exposure to quality assurance, quality analysis, and training delivery. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
