We are open to candidates based in any of these CDM Smith offices; Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth
• Applies industry experience in the successful implementation of large capital programs to facilitate Owner’s stated program objectives.
• Interfaces with executive and senior levels with the Owner organization, makes presentations in public hearings and council meetings, and assists Owner with communications regarding the program.
• Assists with developing and driving CDM Smith client strategy with regards to the Owner.
• Coordinates, oversees, and/or provides technical review of Engineering Consultants and/or Contractors to successfully meet Owner cost and non-cost criteria for project/program creation and execution.
• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects using lessons learned.
