**Material Handler (Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift Startup)**

**Shift & Pay:**

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, ~5:30pm–4:00am
+ Training on 1st shift (~7:00am–5:30pm) for ~1 month
+ **Pay:** $24-28/hr (DOE) + potential shift differential

**Overview:**

**Join a growing, well-funded manufacturing startup as a Material Handler / Forklift Operator** . This role offers the chance to run a **one-person 2nd shift operation** , taking ownership of material flow in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
+ Load/unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
+ Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners (SAP/ERP)
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
+ Follow GMP and safety standards
+ Organize storage areas and support production flow
