This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut steel and structural materials according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will take pride in precision, safety, and maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Power on and inspect the cut table daily to ensure proper and safe operation. Turn gas bottles on/off daily and replace bottles as needed. Load the correct material onto the cut table according to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and production print. Load and manage DXF cut files from USB/thumb drive to computer for programming. Create and adjust nest programs based on customer and project requirements.
