Roles and Responsibilities

Support in analysing, evaluating and managing the performance of people and non people
cost for in year performance.
Evolve lagging and leading KPIs framework and establish predictive analytics in a
partnership with Global cost control team to generate strategic insights and unlock extra
productivity.
Ensure exceptional customer experience by driving agility and insights across GCC,
Divisions reporting and PMU reporting.
Design & define technology roadmap to create simplified and automated solutions for routine
transactions, month end reporting and help units bring in overhead discipline to meet targets.
Work with relevant stakeholders and land the new compass org to ensure successful cut
over from a tech and system perspective
Leverage technology and advanced analytics to drive insights to PMUs over and above the
