This role ensures business issues are clearly managed, distinguishing outreach from product development responsibilities. By resolving complex questions, hosting sessions with third parties, and following up on discrepancies, you keep processes efficient and transparent. You’ll be the primary contact for external partners, supporting collaboration, managing escalations, and owning internal follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Decides which business issues are outreach and which are product development responsibilities
• Collaborates with product development to resolve business issues and change requests
• Answers all business questions that are not standard
• Hosts work sessions with third parties
• Follows up on mapping discrepancies between AFT and internal to SimCorp
