Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Outpatient Supervisor serves as first line supervisor to professional staff for private and public outpatient programs and may be responsible for the management and oversight of the entire program area in the absence of the Program Manager or Director. Assists and makes recommendations to upper management staff for program design and implementation and for related personnel management and budgetary issues.



EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:


+ Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field required.

+ At least two year’s previous experience working within a Community Mental Health (CMH) practice required.

+ At least one year formal or informal supervisory experience required.
