Overview


The Outpatient Site Manager (Rehab in Motion) is directly responsible for managing the business and clinical operations of assigned treatment facility. The Site Manager assures care and services provided by the team are in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements of accrediting bodies and provided to each patient in a safe, cost-effective manner that meets applicable standards of practice.

+ Promotes, assures, and implements a philosophy of patient-centered treatment services while delivering and providing leadership, accountability and guidance as needed.

+ Facilitates and oversees the care coordination and interdisciplinary communication activities of team members including patient conferences (“staffings”) and family conferences.
