ChildServe is looking to hire an organized, efficient and customer service-focused Operations Coordinator to manage schedules and coordination for our outpatient service areas.
Schedule

+ Full-Time, 40 hours per week

+ Monday-Friday Schedule

What You'll Do

+ Assure accurate, timely, and complete schedule information is entered and maintained in the practice management system.

+ Complete data entry to collaborate with insurance and authorization team and the intake team.

+ Coordinate with clients and providers to schedule new and re-schedule client’s regular appointments to ensure the client meets frequency/ duration per physician orders, within insurance parameters while scheduling to expected provider efficiency.
