• Oversee daily operations of a team within the food and beverage department.
• Lead a group of staff members to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and a positive guest experience.
• Assist the Assistant Lounge Manager in planning, organizing, and directing all processes of the outlet to ensure quality Food and Beverage service consistent with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
