Position Overview
- Responsible for the daily operations of the outlet
- Regularly audit the compliance of the SOPs
- Maintain good hygiene and proper food handling
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness & safety
- Provide consistently outstanding service to the customers
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in similar or related field is preferred
- Good Knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Strong leadership skills and team motivator
- Willing to groom and train your team
- Good communication with the Ops Manager and the rest of the team
