- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations at The Beer factory
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage restaurant supplies
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Able to manage authorities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
