Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations at The Beer factory
• Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage restaurant supplies
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
• Able to manage authorities
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
