As an Outlet Receiving Lead, you drive store sales, service, merchandising, and operations while fostering an inclusive, safe environment for both associates and customers. You optimize the customer experience and sales through engaged selling, supporting the sales floor, pickup, and curbside operations. You ensure operational excellence by managing daily tasks such as financial auditing, inventory control, product handling, and scheduling, all while controlling expenses and preserving margin. Additionally, you develop and train associates through comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance, strengthening product knowledge and performance.
