Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
- Address customer concerns via phone and/or email
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
- Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
- Willing to work on an ON-SITE setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Sales and Telemarketing in a BPO setup
- Proficient in Client Conflict Management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
