Job Overview Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep Location: Remote - Columbia OR South Africa Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST) Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus Key Responsibilities Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision‑makers using a provided script and CRM Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team Log all call outcomes and follow‑up tasks in the CRM Use email and Linked In to confirm appointments and reduce no‑shows Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager Requirements Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2 B) Proven track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month High‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise‑free remote workspace Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues Experience using CRM tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar Proficient in MS Office tools – mainly Excel B...
