Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets. Requirements Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using basic computer applications. Preferred Qualifications 1 - 2 years' experience in a Call Center environment. Matric/NQF Level 4.
