What you will do
As an Outbound Transport Planner you will:
Plan and manage shipments according to the schedule agreed with customers securing they will arrive ontime;Perform shipments follow up, identify and communicate deviations to take pro-active actions to mitigateimpacts;Have and maintain close relationship with commercial area to understand and monitor orders (end-to-endtransport management);Have and maintain close relationship with shipping lines, logistics operators, freight forwarders, brokers,carriers, terminals and internal customers;Customs clearance processes assistance;Participate and contribute with continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency,productivity and quality;Ensure that all activities within the supply chain control tower comply with rules and regulations establishedby local/regional/global authorities, as well as Tetra ...
