What You’ll Do Responsibilities Create and manage waybills for customer deliveries, depot transfers, collections and other logistics movements. Support daily driver scheduling and monitor delivery movements. Coordinate collections and deliveries with internal departments, drivers, couriers and relevant stakeholders. Assist with Sub‑Saharan Africa customer logistics, including shipment arrangements, tracking documents and customs clearance documentation. Prepare, check and coordinate shipping instructions, air waybills and related logistics documentation. Communicate delivery delays, failed collections, schedule changes or logistics issues to the relevant stakeholders. Support cost control by maintaining records of courier quotations, approvals and logistics costs.
