We are looking for a motivated Outbound Agent / Telemarketer to join our team and support our growth by reaching out to potential customers through phone calls. This role is focused on cold calling and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to potential clients using a provided lead list.
• Follow scripts and workflows while keeping conversations natural and professional.
• Qualify leads by asking key questions and confirming customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Update lead status and notes in the CRM after every call.
• Handle objections and follow up with leads when needed.
• Maintain daily/weekly performance goals such as calls made, conversations, and appointments booked.
• Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, call approaches, and results.
