Due to continued growth and patient demand, we are strategically planning to expand into the Louisville area in 2027 and are beginning conversations with physicians who align with our long-term vision and culture.

While the practice is projected to open next year, the infrastructure, leadership support, and operational resources already exist through our established network of successful practices.

This role is designed to support a sustainable, long-term practice model with regular business hours, strong clinical support, minimal call responsibilities, and the ability to work top-of-license.
