What You'll Do
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Support children in developing fine motor, sensory regulation, self-care, and daily living skills
Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and clinical teams to ensure integrated care
Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
Document progress and communicate effectively with families and the treatment team
What We're Looking For
Active COTA license in Virginia (or license-eligible)
Experience working with children preferred (pediatrics is a plus!)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A team-oriented, proactive, and growth-minded professional
Passion for helping children reach developmental milestones
